About
Lake Lincoln State Park Campground is nestled in the shade of towering hardwood trees in the northeast corner of Lincoln County, offering a serene camping experience on a 550-acre spring-fed lake. The campground features 71 developed sites with concrete pads, concrete picnic tables, and charcoal grills, divided into two loops. Sites 1-26 provide water and electric hookups, while sites 27-71 offer full hookups including water, electric, and sewer. Twenty-two of these sites are located lakeside, providing scenic views of the water. The campground is equipped with two modern bathhouses featuring hot showers, central air and heat, and a laundry facility for camper convenience. A sewage dumping station is available on-site. For those seeking a more rustic experience, the park also offers 14 primitive camping sites on a first-come, first-served basis, located a short walk from the bathhouse. Lake Lincoln offers year-round fishing stocked with bass, bream, channel catfish, and white perch, with two fishing piers extending into the lake. A public boat ramp with floating dock provides easy access for boating and water skiing. The designated swimming area features a 1.5-acre sand beach. Additional recreational facilities include Magnolia Cove, an 18-hole disc golf course, a mile-long nature trail through loblolly and shortleaf pine forests, playground, volleyball court, and picnic pavilions. The park is easily accessible from Interstate 55 and U.S. Highway 51.
