Lake Bemidji Campground sits on the north shore of the 6,765-acre Lake Bemidji in northern Minnesota, offering year-round camping opportunities in a diverse natural setting. The campground features 95 drive-in campsites, with 43 offering electric hookups for RVs and trailers. Four pull-through sites and four ADA-accessible sites provide additional flexibility for campers. Modern restrooms with showers operate during the summer season, and a dump station serves RV campers. The park's northern half preserves a pristine spruce-tamarack bog accessible via a boardwalk trail, while more than 15 miles of marked trails wind through mixed forests and along the lakeshore. Summer visitors enjoy swimming at the sandy beach, fishing for walleye and northern pike, boating on the lake, and exploring the park's connection to the headwaters of the Mississippi River. Winter transforms the park into a destination for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on groomed trails. The campground is located about 8 miles north of downtown Bemidji and features historic structures built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. In addition to the main campground, the park offers camper cabins with electricity and heat for year-round use, and a group camp with RV hookups and tent sites. Each campsite includes a picnic table and fire ring.

From the intersection of US Hwy 2 and 71 in Bemidji, take US Hwy 71 North 5 miles and follow the Lake Bemidji State Park directional highway signs to the park.
