Lake Bemidji State Park's four camper cabins provide a cozy year-round camping option on the northern shore of Lake Bemidji. Each cabin is nestled in the trees with its own private outdoor area complete with a deck, fire ring, and picnic table. The well-insulated cabins feature warm pine interiors, large windows, built-in furnishings, electricity, overhead and reading lights, and baseboard heaters that keep them comfortable in both winter and summer. Tamarack and Maple cabins are wheelchair accessible and sleep five people, while Balsam and Spruce cabins have two double lower bunks and sleep six. The cabins are located near the campground with access to seasonal restrooms, showers, and drinking water during summer months. Primitive toilets are available year-round. The park offers extensive recreational opportunities including swimming at Lake Bemidji's best beach, fishing from the pier or marina, and access to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for hiking, biking, and winter activities. Miles of groomed cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails make winter visits particularly appealing. The park's unique bog habitat, Rocky Point overlook, and diverse wildlife including black bears, wolves, bald eagles, and osprey provide excellent nature viewing opportunities throughout the year.

Lake Bemidji State Park is located approximately 7 miles north of Bemidji, Minnesota. From Bemidji, take Highway 71 North and follow signs to the park entrance.
