About

Lake Bemidji State Park's camper cabins provide a comfortable gateway to northern Minnesota's forests and lakeshore. The four cabins—Tamarack, Maple, Balsam, and Spruce—are nestled in the trees with private outdoor areas. Tamarack and Maple are ADA-accessible and sleep five; Balsam and Spruce accommodate six. Each cabin includes wooden bunk beds with mattresses, a small table with benches, screened-in porch, overhead lighting, and baseboard electric heat for year-round use. Outdoor amenities include a dedicated fire ring with cooking grate and a picnic table at each cabin. The nearby campground facilities offer seasonal flush toilets, hot-water showers, and drinking water, while vault toilets remain available year-round. Free WiFi is accessible at the campground and visitor center. The park features a swimming beach, fishing pier, marina, and extensive hiking and cross-country ski trails along the 1,688-acre lakeshore. Guests must bring their own bedding, cookware, and personal items. Indoor cooking is limited to crockpots and coffeepots only. Pets are not permitted in camper cabins; only service animals are allowed.
