Juneau Lake Cabin sits on the eastern shore of Juneau Lake at 1,300 feet elevation, surrounded by spruce and birch forest with mountain views. This 14x17-foot rustic log cabin accommodates up to 8 people but sleeps 4 more comfortably. The cabin is equipped with wooden bunks, a table, benches, a wood stove for heat, a splitting maul, and crosscut saw. An outhouse is located outside. Visitors must bring sleeping bags and pads, a cook stove, cooking gear, food, and all personal supplies. There is no electricity, potable water, mattresses, bedding, cooking utensils, or cut firewood. Water from the lake must be treated or boiled before consumption. A canoe with paddles is provided for exploring the lake and fishing for rainbow trout, whitefish, burbot, and grayling. The cabin can be accessed by hiking, mountain biking, horseback (June 30-April 1), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, floatplane, or snowmobile during designated seasons. From the Resurrection Pass South Trailhead at milepost 52 on Sterling Highway, it's a 9.5-mile hike. From the north trailhead, it's 29.3 miles. The trail is currently impacted by downed trees. Winter travelers must be prepared to evaluate avalanche and over-ice travel conditions.

From the Resurrection Pass North Trailhead at milepost 4 on Resurrection Creek Road, hike 29.3 miles. Accessible by trail (hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horseback outside April 1-June 30), floatplane, or snowmobile during designated seasons. Winter travelers must evaluate avalanche and over-ice travel conditions.
