The campground is open for the 2026 season. Reservations are required through ReserveOhio; no walk-in or self-registration camping is available. Sites can be reserved up to six months in advance.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Logan. * WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1023 AM EDT, Emergency management reported minor flooding in Rushsylvania. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Additional flooding reports have been received in the county. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Bellefontaine, West Liberty, De Graff, West Mansfield, Northwood, Rushsylvania, Ridgeway, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, New Jerusalem, Pickrelltown, East Liberty and Big Springs.

Indian Lake State Park Campground sits on the shores of Indian Lake, Ohio's largest inland lake at 5,800 acres. The campground offers 443 family campsites spread across a scenic lakeside setting, with the vast majority featuring electric hookups and a limited number providing full hookups with water and sewer connections. Three camper cabins are also available for those seeking a more sheltered stay. Facilities include heated shower houses with flush toilets, a laundry facility, and a camp commissary for supplies. An RV dump station serves the campground. A standout feature is the exclusive beach, boat ramp, and dock access reserved for registered campers, making this an ideal base for boating, fishing, and swimming on the lake. Pet camping is permitted at designated sites. Reservations are required through ReserveOhio and can be made up to six months in advance. The campground also offers a group camp accommodating up to 60 people and 20 boat camping spaces for those arriving by water.
