Indian Lake Boat Camp Area offers a distinctive camping experience at Indian Lake State Park, featuring boat-accessible campsites on one of Ohio's premier inland lakes. The 5,800-acre Indian Lake provides unlimited horsepower boating and is the only inland lake in Ohio with lighted buoys for night navigation, making it ideal for water recreation enthusiasts. The boat camping sites provide electric hookups, fire pits, and picnic tables. Campers have access to the park's heated shower houses, flush toilets, and laundry facilities. The campground is located on the northwest section of the lakeshore with convenient access to boat ramps, docks, and designated boat/swim areas. Indian Lake State Park offers extensive recreational opportunities including swimming at camper beaches, fishing, water skiing in open zone areas, and hiking trails. The park is located near Bellefontaine and provides a scenic waterfront camping experience for boaters and water sports enthusiasts.
