Ike Kinswa State Park Campground sits on 454 acres along the north shore of Mayfield Lake in southwest Washington, surrounded by rolling farmland and forest. The campground features 101 forested campsites spread across multiple loops, with Loop A offering full hookups (water, electric, and sewer, though not operational during winter), Loop B providing water and electric hookups year-round, and Loop D containing non-hookup sites. Maximum site length is 60 feet, though not all sites accommodate this length. The park offers 46,000 feet of freshwater shoreline ideal for swimming, boating, waterskiing, paddling, and fishing for tiger muskie, largemouth bass, kokanee, and rainbow trout. A watercraft launch is available, though boaters should note there is a 10-inch drop at the end of the ramp due to material washout. The campground includes 1.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, 52 unsheltered picnic tables, a playground, horseshoe pits, and volleyball courts. Additional amenities include four restrooms with 10 showers, an RV dump station that operates year-round, and a park ranger station. The campground is open year-round and accepts reservations through the Washington State Parks system. During winter, the full hookup sites in Loop A do not operate, and water spigots at the dump station are turned off. All campsites feature picnic tables and fire rings, with fires currently allowed in all designated fire pits and grills. The park is located just minutes from the town of Mossyrock, which offers restaurants and supplies.

Directions

From Highway 12, take the exit for Highway 122/Silver Creek Road. At the fork, veer right and stay on Highway 122 (Harmony Road). Cross the Tilton River and continue southeast following signs for Ike Kinswa State Park. The park entrance is at 873 State Route 122 in Silver Creek, WA.
