About

Hogan and Luce Campground is a free Bureau of Land Management campground situated adjacent to Hogan Reservoir, approximately 18 miles north of Cody, Wyoming. Established in 1996 through cooperation between the U.S. Forest Service, Park County, Wyoming Game and Fish Department, and Two Dot Ranch, the campground offers five individual campsites and one group site in a scenic setting near two fishing reservoirs. All six campsites are fully ADA accessible with stable, firm ground surfaces throughout. Each site includes wheelchair-accessible picnic tables, modified bear-proof food storage boxes, and reinforced fire rings. The campground features vault toilet facilities that are also accessible. A boat ramp and accessible boat dock with canoe/kayak launch provide water access to the reservoirs. The campground is particularly well-suited for equestrian users, featuring horse trailer parking, horse stanchions, and hitching rails. Both Hogan and Luce reservoirs offer excellent fishing opportunities and remain open year-round.

Directions

Located 18 miles north of Cody off Wyoming State Highway 120. Turn left onto Park County Road 7RP and continue approximately five miles. Look for the Hogan-Luce Trailhead sign and take a left onto the one-mile-long access road to the site.
