Hillman Ferry Campground

Hillman Ferry Campground sits on the shores of Kentucky Lake in Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, approximately five miles south of Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The campground offers 368 well-defined sites in both lakefront and wooded settings, accommodating everything from tents to large motorhomes. Site types include basic (no hookups), 30-amp electric, 30-amp electric/water, 50-amp electric/water, and full-hookup sites with electric, water, and sewer. Eight-person cabins are also available for rent. The campground features modern facilities throughout, including flush restroom and shower buildings in multiple areas, an RV dump station with potable water fill, and laundry facilities with washers and dryers in Areas A, C, D, and T. The Outpost camp store sells ice, firewood, camping supplies, and offers equipment rentals from April through October. Recreational amenities are extensive: a large swimming beach, two boat ramps, a fishing dock with fish cleaning station, hiking and biking trails, an archery range, disc golf, ball field, playground, and a campfire amphitheater that hosts summer concerts and programs. Reservations can be made 2 days to 6 months in advance online or by phone.

From Grand Rivers, Kentucky, head south into Land Between the Lakes and follow signs along Woodlands Scenic Trace (FS Road 100) to Hillman Ferry Road. The campground is located at 820 Hillman Ferry Road.
