High Cliff Group Campground provides a scenic group camping experience at Wisconsin's only state-owned recreation area on Lake Winnebago. The campground features eight group sites spaced around a large play area near the historic quarry and Red Bird Trail. Each site can accommodate up to 20 people, with varying maximum vehicle lengths and some sites able to handle RVs up to 50 feet. The group campground shares amenities with the family campground, including a flush toilet and shower building open seasonally from approximately May to mid-October. Additional vault toilets are located throughout the campground for year-round use. A sanitary dump station and recycling/garbage station are available free to registered campers. Campground hosts are on-site from April through October. Pets are welcome but must be leashed. The park's location on the Niagara Escarpment provides dramatic limestone cliff views overlooking Lake Winnebago. Visitors can explore effigy mounds, the historic lime kiln and quarry, and the iconic 12-foot statue of Winnebago Tribe Chief Red Bird. The park is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Firewood is available for purchase at the park office.

High Cliff State Park is located near Sherwood, Wisconsin, along the eastern shore of Lake Winnebago. From Menasha, take US-10 east to WI-114 east, then follow signs to the park entrance.
