About

Located in northwest Ohio's Fulton County, Harrison Lake State Park Group Camp offers organized youth groups a dedicated camping area within the 142-acre Harrison Lake State Park. This group facility provides a capacity for up to 50 people and is available on a reservation-only basis. The group camp sits within a green oasis of scenic woodlands surrounded by the rolling hills and agricultural fields characteristic of this region. The park features Harrison Lake, created in 1939 with the damming of Mill Creek, a tributary of the Tiffin River. Campers have access to the park's amenities including a swimming beach, a 3.5-mile hiking trail that circles the lake, and opportunities for fishing and canoeing. The park's facilities include flush toilets, showers, and a dump station serving the broader campground areas. Harrison Lake State Park is open year-round, making the group camp available across all seasons for youth organizations seeking an outdoor experience in this pastoral corner of Ohio. The park offers a peaceful retreat with modern conveniences while maintaining its natural character amid the surrounding farmland.
