Grahams Island State Park's day-use and equipment rental system provides access to recreational facilities on the shores of Devils Lake. The park offers pontoon boat rentals that seat 10 people with life jackets included, available for $400-450 per day by calling the park directly. Two picnic shelters are available for rent at $25 per day, with the south shelter accommodating 48 people with electricity and the north shelter seating 32 without electricity. The Sivert Thompson Activity Center, a year-round facility, can be reserved for $250 per day and seats up to 180 people with amenities including a wood-burning fireplace, indoor bathrooms, kitchen area, and air conditioning. The park features a four-lane boat ramp, swim beach, bait shop, fish cleaning station, and visitor center. Hiking trails include the 1.6-mile Sivert Thompson Loop and 0.5-mile North Campground Loop through ash and oak woodlands. In winter, the park maintains 3 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails and offers snowshoeing opportunities. A centrally located fenced dog park provides off-leash recreation. The park is situated on Devils Lake, known for world-class fishing and hosting numerous regional and national fishing tournaments throughout the year.
