Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.
Restrictions on Use of Forage and Mulch Products
This Order prohibits unloading, storing, or using any straw, hay, grain, seed, or other forage or mulch products that are not state-certified weed free on the National Forest System lands, roads or trails in any Closure Area as specific in the Order.

Falls Campground is a beautiful, off-the-beaten-path campground situated on the banks of Emigrant Creek in the Malheur National Forest, approximately 32 miles northwest of Burns. The wooded setting provides a peaceful retreat for campers seeking solitude and access to trout fishing directly from the campground. The creek's proximity makes it an ideal location for anglers who want to fish without traveling far from their site. The campground features vault toilets and drinking water available from a hand pump. A picnic area provides space for family gatherings and rarely fills, making this a reliable option for spontaneous trips during the operating season. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations required. Campers should note that there is no trash service, so all waste must be packed out. Access to Falls Campground requires traveling County Road 127 for about 23 miles from Highway 20, then Forest Road 43 for approximately 8.5 miles. The campground road will be on the left, with the campground at the end of the drive. The remote location rewards visitors with a quiet camping experience away from crowds.
Directions
From Burns, travel west on US Highway 20 to the junction with County Road 127. Follow County Road 127 approximately 23 miles to the junction with Forest Road 43. Follow Forest Road 43 approximately 8.5 miles; the road leading to the campground will be on the left. The campground will be at the end of the drive.
