Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.
Restrictions on Use of Forage and Mulch Products

Nestled along the bank of the Wild and Scenic North Umpqua River, Eagle Rock Campground provides a quiet, shaded retreat in a stand of old-growth Douglas fir and deciduous trees. The campground offers 27 sites, with 16 available for reservation through Recreation.gov and the remainder first-come, first-served. Each site features a fire ring and picnic table, and three double vault toilets are dispersed throughout. Roads and spurs are paved, and a majority of campsites have direct river access. The North Umpqua River is renowned for outstanding salmon and steelhead fishing as well as challenging whitewater. The popular 79-mile North Umpqua Trail has multiple trailheads nearby, offering terrain for hikers and mountain bikers of all abilities. The campground's namesake, Eagle Rock, is an enormous rock formation that serves as a popular day hike destination and provides challenging routes for rock climbers. Nearby attractions include Twin Lakes for picnicking and wildlife viewing, Watson Falls (272 feet), and Crater Lake National Park. The Rogue-Umpqua National Scenic Byway offers 172 miles of diverse river and mountain landscapes passing through the area.
Directions
From Roseburg, Oregon, travel east on OR-138 (North Umpqua Highway) for approximately 50 miles. Eagle Rock Campground is on the north side of the highway.
