Dry conditions and gusty winds will lead to near-critical fire weather conditions Saturday. West winds in the morning will turn northwesterly behind a cold front. Sustained winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph are forecast. Minimum relative humidity values of 20 to 30 percent are also expected. Together, these conditions could lead to the rapid spread of fires. Check burning restrictions and fire danger before burning. Directions
Solway Solar is located about two miles north of downtown Solway, Minnesota, and approximately 15 miles northwest of Bemidji, Minnesota. The project area is set back from Centerline Road, just north of the Solway Combustion Turbine. Main access to the vicinity is via local rural roads near Lammers Township.
