counties, Burke, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie and Richmond and
central South Carolina, including the following counties, Edgefield
and McCormick.
* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT this morning through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Isaias continues to move inland overnight with a band of
associated heavy rainfall developing near the area Saturday.
While the exact location of where this banding will occur is
uncertain, higher rainfall totals potentially moving into eastern
GA and southern SC. Rainfall totals of 3-6" are possible within
this band of heavier rain Saturday morning into Saturday night.
