Creek Campground at Malibu Creek State Park sits in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains, offering 62 campsites along the principal watercourse of the range. The campground provides modern amenities including flush toilets, token-operated showers (accepting $1 bills), potable water, and an RV dump station. Each site includes a fire ring and picnic table, though fire use is restricted based on current fire danger levels. The park encompasses over 8,000 acres of rugged terrain featuring volcanic rock formations, oak and sycamore woodlands, and the 14-mile Malibu Creek that flows to Malibu Lagoon. Campers have access to 15 miles of streamside trails offering views of Las Virgenes Valley and Malibu Canyon. The historic MASH television series filming location is a popular hiking destination within the park. Four campsites (#12, #30, #44, and #54) are ADA-accessible with parking, tent pads, and accessible paths to restrooms and showers. Dogs are permitted in the campground, day-use areas, and on paved roads but are prohibited on hiking trails. Maximum vehicle length is 30 feet for both trailers and motorhomes.

From US-101, exit Las Virgenes Road and head south approximately 4 miles. The park entrance is at 1925 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas.
