About

Zuni Campground is situated in the Bouquet Canyon area of Angeles National Forest, within the Santa Clara River Watershed. The campground is part of the Santa Clara/Mojave Rivers Ranger District, located west of State Route 14. The campground is currently closed and is not listed among active camping facilities in Angeles National Forest. A Forest Service project proposed repurposing the site for use as an environmental education site and restoration ecology staging area, which included work on the culvert in the Zuni Campground access road. Campers looking for alternatives in the area should explore other campgrounds within Angeles National Forest, such as those in the Bouquet Canyon or nearby recreation areas. For the most current information about this site, contact the Acton Work Center.
