Open — Open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, sites are $15 per night with drinking water available. Outside peak season, camping is free but water is turned off.

About
Copper Creek Campground is a small, scenic Forest Service campground located on the Moyie River, just 1 mile south of Eastport, Idaho near the Canadian border. The campground features 16 campsites, including three that are ADA-accessible, all available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year. The setting along the Moyie River provides excellent opportunities for fishing and enjoying the natural beauty of the Idaho Panhandle. During peak season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the campground offers drinking water via a hand pump and charges $15 per night per site plus $5 for additional vehicles. Outside of peak season when water is turned off, camping is free. The campground features accessible vault toilets year-round. Each campsite includes a picnic table and fire pit. The area offers excellent recreation opportunities including access to the beautiful Copper Falls viewpoint trail, located 1.5 miles east on Copper Falls Road #2517. The Moyie River provides quality fishing access, and the campground serves as a convenient base for exploring the Lower Kootenai River region. Pets are allowed but must be kept on leash. The remote location near the Canadian border provides a peaceful camping experience in a stunning forested setting.
Directions
From Bonners Ferry, travel north on US 95 for approximately 33 miles to about 1 mile from the Canadian border. Turn right on Copper Falls Road #2517 and continue 0.5 miles to the campground entrance on the right. The campground is 1 mile south of Eastport, Idaho.
