Clear Creek Campground sits on an inlet to the Arkansas River at Ozark Lake, providing a beautiful setting for outdoor recreation. Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, this campground features 38 campsites spread across two loops, with Loop A offering electric hookup sites and Loop B providing tent-only sites without hookups. The campground also includes a group shelter available for reservation. The park is positioned along a major interstate waterway and serves as an excellent entry point to Frog Bayou and other water areas. Visitors enjoy fishing, boating, and waterfowl viewing opportunities throughout the area. The day-use facilities include multiple picnic areas and a boat launch ramp for easy water access. Located near the city of Alma, Arkansas, the campground offers convenient access to shopping and services. The surrounding landscape features a mix of tree-lined banks and open areas along the Arkansas River shoreline, creating a scenic environment for camping and outdoor activities.

Directions

From Alma, Arkansas, travel south on State Highway 162 for 5.2 miles. Turn left onto Clear Creek Road and continue for 3.6 miles to reach the campground.
