About

Clear Creek Crossing Campground sits adjacent to its namesake creek in a quiet, forested setting within the Barlow Ranger District of Mt. Hood National Forest. The campground offers a peaceful atmosphere for those seeking a primitive camping experience away from more developed facilities. The campground provides direct access to Clear Creek Trail #487, making it a good base for day hikes in the area. Sites are shaded and accommodate vehicles with a maximum length of 16 feet, making this campground best suited for tent campers and those with smaller vehicles or trailers. This is a primitive facility with vault toilets but no potable water. Campers should bring all water supplies and be prepared for a pack-it-in, pack-it-out experience. The campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis at $16 per night for a single site.
