Open year-round and reservable through Recreation.gov. The campground is behind a locked gate; after booking, you receive a gate code via email. No potable water or electricity is available. Forest-wide camping restrictions may apply.
Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.

Castle Rock Group Campground sits along Three Rivers in an open grassy meadow surrounded by forests and the coastal mountains of Oregon's Coast Range. Located on Highway 22 just 4.2 miles south of Hebo, this group site is designed for family gatherings and group camping, accommodating up to 50 people. The site includes a recently completed picnic shelter, eight picnic tables, rock fire pits, one vault toilet, garbage cans, and a dumpster. There is no potable water or electricity, so campers must bring their own water supply. The campground is behind a locked gate; after making a reservation through Recreation.gov, you'll receive an email with the gate combination code. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Three Rivers provides opportunities for fishing and summer swimming, and hiking trails are located within a few miles of the campground. Dogs are permitted on a leash no longer than six feet.
