About

Brush Creek Pavilion is a reservable day-use facility in the Snowy Range area of Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest. The covered pavilion measures approximately 32 by 40 feet and can accommodate up to 75 people, making it suitable for group gatherings, family reunions, or events. Six picnic tables are provided inside with additional space for portable furniture. Amenities include a barbecue grill adjacent to the pavilion, an outdoor fire ring, an accessible toilet located approximately 300 feet away, and a bear-resistant dumpster about 100 yards from the site. The pavilion is surrounded by historic structures built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s, and the nearby Brush Creek Visitor Center operates June through September. Overnight use or camping is prohibited at the pavilion; the facility must be fully vacated half an hour after sunset. For overnight camping, nearby options include Ryan Park Campground, South Brush Creek Campground, and Lincoln Park Campground, all located just minutes away along the Snowy Range Scenic Byway.
