Brush Creek Pavilion is a day-use group facility located within walking distance of the Brush Creek Visitor Center and Brush Creek Hiking/Ski Trails on the Snowy Range Scenic Byway. The approximately 32-by-40-foot covered structure features 6 picnic tables with additional space for visitors to set up portable tables and chairs, accommodating a maximum of 75 people. Adjacent to the pavilion is a barbeque grill and fire ring for outdoor cooking. An accessible toilet is located approximately 300 feet from the pavilion, and a bear-resistant dumpster is available 100 yards away. The pavilion is surrounded by historic structures constructed by the Civil Conservation Corps in the 1930s, including the nearby Brush Creek Visitor Center which operates June through September. The location provides access to numerous recreational opportunities including hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, birding, and horseback riding on adjacent trails. Popular attractions including Silver Lake, Lake Marie Falls, Mirror Lake, and Medicine Bow Peak Trail are within a 10-minute drive west on the Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Overnight camping is prohibited at the pavilion, but nearby campgrounds including Ryan Park, South Brush Creek, and Lincoln Park are available minutes away.
