About
Boulder Creek Campground sits at 1,400 feet elevation along the scenic South Umpqua River near the confluence of Boulder Creek in Oregon's Umpqua National Forest. The seven campsites are spread through a mixed conifer forest that provides excellent shade and privacy. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring, with vault toilets centrally located. This is a first-come, first-served campground that operates year-round using a Scan and Pay system (no cash accepted). The campground does not have potable water, so campers must bring their own supply. Trash must be packed out. The maximum vehicle length is 35 feet, and stays are limited to 14 consecutive days. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Dogs are welcome but must remain on leash. Campfires are permitted in the fire rings when conditions allow, though fireworks are prohibited. Be aware that poison oak may be present in the area and there is no cell phone coverage. Fishing is not permitted at this location.
