Bloxham Pavilion Lake Talquin State Forest

About
Bloxham Pavilion at Lake Talquin State Forest is a reservable day-use facility situated on a scenic high bluff overlooking the southwest side of Lake Talquin, approximately 20 minutes west of Tallahassee. The facility is designed for group gatherings and outdoor recreation, featuring a covered picnic pavilion with a large grill, picnic tables, restrooms, and potable water. A small boat ramp and dock provide access to Lake Talquin for fishing and boating. This is strictly a day-use facility with no overnight camping permitted. The maximum capacity is 300 people, and groups exceeding 150 attendees are required to arrange and pay for portable toilets. There is no electricity at the facility. Reservations require picking up keys at the Lake Talquin State Forest office at 865 Geddie Road in Tallahassee, and the gate must be locked upon departure.
