About

Located in northwest Missouri's Holt County, Big Lake State Park's premium camper cabins provide comfortable lakefront lodging on the shores of the state's largest remaining oxbow lake. The eight log cabins accommodate up to four adults and two children, featuring a queen-size bed, full-size futon, and a carpeted loft for sleeping bags. Each cabin comes fully equipped with climate control, a complete kitchen including four-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, plus cooking utensils and dining sets. Private bathrooms with showers eliminate the need for shared facilities. Outside, guests enjoy a covered deck with lake views, picnic table, barbecue grill, outdoor fire ring, and lantern post. Cabins 4 and 5 are ADA accessible. Dogs are permitted in cabins 5 and 6 for an additional fee. Guests must bring their own linens, towels, and toiletries. There are no televisions, phones, or Wi-Fi in the cabins.
