About

Bendigo State Park occupies a small valley surrounded by picturesque hills in Elk County, Pennsylvania. About 20 acres of the park are developed, with roughly half dedicated to a large shaded picnic area featuring three reservable pavilions equipped with 20-amp electric hookups. The pavilions accommodate up to 64 people each and include access to charcoal grills, drinking water, restrooms, and horseshoe pits. The East Branch of the Clarion River runs through the park and is regularly stocked with trout by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. Additional amenities include a swimming pool (seasonal), playground, basketball court, and volleyball court. Pavilion #1 is ADA accessible. Important: Bendigo State Park does not offer overnight camping facilities. The pavilions are day-use rentals only. Campers seeking overnight accommodations should look to nearby state parks or national forest campgrounds in the region.
