Open year-round for day use. The boat docks are removed before the reservoir ices over in winter. This is a day-use only facility with no overnight camping. The group picnic shelter is reservable via reserve.wyoming.gov.

In North Central WY Fire Zones...275...276...282...287. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont...Natrona. In North Central WY...Big Horn...Hot Springs...Johnson...Park Washakie. * WIND: Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 8 to 13 percent. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower to mid 80s.

ESFRIW The interaction between increasing tropical moisture and an approaching midlevel area of low pressure will bring widespread rain showers across a large portion of western Wyoming starting late Saturday night. Given the high moisture content, some areas could feature locally heavy rainfall and possibly lead to localized flooding. Poor drainage areas, urban areas, and steep terrain will be the most susceptible locations for this isolated flooding. Many locations across western Wyoming could see 1 to 2 inches of rainfall through Tuesday morning. Remember, if you encounter a flooded roadway, Turn Around, Don't Drown!

Bartlett Lane Day Use Area is part of Buffalo Bill State Park, situated along Buffalo Bill Reservoir in the scenic Absaroka Mountains near Cody, Wyoming.
