Arrowhead State Park encompasses 2,200 acres in southeastern Oklahoma on the shores of Lake Eufaula, the largest man-made lake in the state. The park offers diverse camping options including 100 tent sites and 91 RV sites, with 20 sites providing full hookups (water, electric, and sewer) and six pull-through sites available. RV sites accommodate rigs up to 60 feet depending on the site. Modern comfort stations with air-conditioned restrooms, flush toilets, and hot showers are conveniently located throughout the campground. Beyond camping, the park features extensive recreational opportunities including 25 miles of equestrian trails with a dedicated equestrian campground, hiking trails ranging from easy nature walks to challenging terrain, a swim beach, and boat ramp access to Lake Eufaula. The on-site Area 51 Marina provides boat rentals and a restaurant. An 18-hole golf course with driving range and putting green rounds out the amenities. The park also offers group camping facilities with kitchen and bunkhouse accommodations for up to 144 people, making it suitable for large gatherings. A unique feature is the park's airstrip for fly-in visitors. Reservations are available through the Oklahoma State Parks ReserveAmerica system up to 11 months in advance.
