Alcohol Prohibitions
This Order describes acts that are prohibited upon lands, roads and trails within the National Forest System administered by the Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region in regards to alcoholic beverages.
Aquatic Invasive Species
This Order prohibits 1) possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic invasive animal species AND 2) prohibits possessing, storing, or transporting any aquatic or riparian invasive plant species - on National Forest System lands in the Pacific Northwest Region as specified in the Order.
Restrictions on Use of Forage and Mulch Products
This Order prohibits unloading, storing, or using any straw, hay, grain, seed, or other forage or mulch products that are not state-certified weed free on the National Forest System lands, roads or trails in any Closure Area as specific in the Order.

Portion of Forest Service Road 1003 (Tom Creek Road) closed
A portion of Forest Service Road 1003, also known as Tom Creek Road, is closed. The road closure starts at the junction of FSR 10 and FSR 1003 and includes the first 4.1 miles of FSR 1003 to the junction with the 1003-416 and 1003-409 roads.
Sno-park Permits required Nov. 1 to Apr. 30
Sno-Park Permits are required to park in designated sno-parks from November 1 through April 30. Sno-Park Permits are managed by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).

Carmen Reservoir Closure

About
Clark Creek Organization Camp, located 12 miles northeast of Lowell, Oregon, is a historic group campground built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in coordination with the U.S. Forest Service during the late 1930s. Originally designed to host group recreational activities for organizations like the Boy Scouts of America and local church groups, this facility continues to serve large groups seeking a rustic outdoor experience. The campground features five sleeping shelters, each equipped with eight platform sleeping bunks, accommodating up to 80 overnight guests. Day use can host up to 125 guests. The facility includes a community cooking/dining shelter, an amphitheater, a chapel (Ta-Wa-Si Chapel), campfire circles, and a large open field suitable for tent camping, baseball, volleyball, and other group activities. The day-use area and sleeping shelters are separated by Clark Creek, connected by a footbridge. Several hiking and biking trails are accessible from the campground, including the Fall Creek National Recreation Trail and the Clark Creek Nature Trail. Clark Creek and nearby Big Fall Creek offer swimming opportunities. The campground is situated within the Willamette National Forest, which spans 1.6 million acres on the western slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the Willamette Valley.
Directions
From I-5 south of Eugene, take State Highway 58 east for 25 miles to Lowell. From Lowell Junior/Senior High School at 65 South Pioneer Street, head north 0.1 mile, turn left onto North Shore Drive, then right onto South Moss Street. South Moss becomes Jasper-Lowell Road. Continue 1 mile to four-way stop and turn right onto Big Fall Creek Road. Bear left past Winberry Creek Road; Big Fall Creek Road becomes Forest Road 18. Travel 12.7 miles; campground is on the left.
