* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts. * WHEN...Very late tonight through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and a few embedded thunderstorms with localized narrow bands of torrential rainfall are possible very late tonight into Sunday afternoon. Widespread rainfall amounts of 0.50 to 2 inches are expected. However...localized narrow bands of 2-4" of rain are possible within a 3 hour period. While it remains uncertain if these narrow bands of heavier rain occur...the potential exists for localized flash flooding...especially if it were to occur over a vulnerable urban center. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Highland Beach Suites, Unit 2 is a vacation rental property within Cape Cod National Seashore, positioned near Coast Guard Beach and Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro, Massachusetts. This recently renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit sleeps two guests and is part of a three-unit triplex at 32 Coast Guard Road. Coast Guard Beach, consistently rated as a top family beach, is a quick five-minute walk from the property. The unit features a full kitchen with 4-burner electric stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, flat-screen TV, propane BBQ grill with one tank, table-top fans, and an outdoor storage shed for bicycles or kayaks. Guests must bring their own towels and bed sheets. Five-gallon water jugs are provided for drinking; tap water is safe for cooking and bathing only. The seashore offers miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes, and alongside freshwater ponds. Provincetown historic village is a short drive away with bookstores, galleries, and restaurants. Over 450 species of wildlife make the seashore their home.

From Route 6 in North Truro, take Highland Road east towards the ocean. After approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Coast Guard Road. Highland Beach Suites, Unit 2 is located within the triplex on the right side of the road.
