Yellow Creek State Park is a 2,981-acre park centered around the 720-acre Yellow Creek Lake in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The park offers overnight accommodations in six camping cottages (13' x 15' each) and four yurts, all situated along the lakeshore at McFeaters Cove. Each unit sleeps up to five people in bunk beds and includes a fire ring, picnic table, and access to nearby restrooms. The yurts are equipped with a cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric heat, and outlets. The lake is a destination for boaters and anglers, with an ADA-accessible boat launch at the beach day use area. An accessible fishing pier is located on the north shore. Mountain bike trails on both the north and south shores offer easy riding with some challenging sections and alternate bypass routes. Pets are permitted in cottages #1, #2, and #3, as well as Yurt D, for an additional fee. All lodging units are ADA accessible. Reservations are made through Pennsylvania State Parks' ReserveAmerica system, with a two-night minimum stay required. During peak summer season (second Friday in June through third Friday in August), deluxe cottages and yurts require a one-week minimum reservation.
