About

Willow Lake Campground sits on the south shore of Willow Lake in Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest, approximately 14 miles north of Pinedale. This undeveloped campground receives minimal maintenance and offers a primitive camping experience with sweeping views of the Wind River Range. The campground features 8-9 dispersed sites, each equipped with a fire ring, picnic table, and bear box for required food storage. A vault toilet serves the campground area, with an additional vault toilet at the boat launch. There is no potable water on-site; campers must treat or filter water from nearby sources or bring their own supply. All trash must be packed out. Willow Lake is popular for motorized and non-motorized boating, fishing, and swimming. The campground operates on a first-come-first-served basis with no reservations. Pets are allowed on leash, but livestock including horses, mules, donkeys, llamas, and alpacas are prohibited. There is a 14-day stay limit and quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
