About

Edgar Evins State Park Campground occupies the steep, hilly terrain of the Eastern Highland Rim along Center Hill Lake, one of Tennessee's most scenic reservoirs. The campground features 60 developed sites built on wooden platforms reinforced with concrete and steel to accommodate the sloping lakeside terrain. Each site includes water and electric hookups (30 and 50-amp service), a picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ring. Three bathhouses with hot showers and flush toilets serve campers throughout the campground. A sewage dump station is centrally located for RV convenience. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, playground, laundry facilities, and a camp store. Nine primitive walk-in tent sites with parking near the camp building offer a more rustic experience. The park supports a range of recreational activities including fishing, boating (with a marina and boat ramp), hiking, swimming, and wildlife viewing. The 6,285-acre state park also offers 34 rental cabins for those seeking more comfort.
