About

Station Creek Camp is a primitive dispersed camping area in the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests, accessible via Forest Service Road 250 south of Pierce, Idaho. At roughly 2,329 feet elevation, the site sits within the scenic North Fork Clearwater River corridor, an area known for its remote wilderness character, fishing opportunities, and old-growth forest. This is not a developed campground with maintained facilities. As a dispersed camping area on National Forest land, campers should expect primitive conditions and come fully self-sufficient. The site is typically accessible when the road is clear of snow, generally late spring through fall depending on conditions. The surrounding area offers access to backcountry recreation including hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. The North Fork Clearwater corridor is remote and visitors should be prepared for limited cell service and services.
