Open — Open year-round, with one loop operating seasonally. Reservations available through South Carolina State Parks with a minimum two-night stay and 14-day maximum consecutive stay.
Special Weather Statement issued January 18 at 11:37PM EST by NWS Columbia SC
Lingering moisture and puddles from earlier rainfall will create patchy black ice on area roads during the overnight and early morning hours. Icy spots could form on paved surfaces such as bridges and overpasses, primary and secondary roads, parking lots, sidewalks and driveways. Some isolated areas of freezing fog are also possible overnight and in the early morning which could lead to some additional slick spots, especially on elevated roadways.
