About
Sizerville State Park campground offers a tranquil camping experience in north central Pennsylvania, six miles north of Emporium on PA 155. The small 23-site campground features 18 sites with electrical hookups and 5 walk-in tent sites located in a secluded streamside setting. The campground includes modern amenities such as flush toilets, showers, a sanitary dump station, and ADA accessible facilities. Surrounded by nearly half a million acres of Elk State Forest, Sizerville provides peace and solitude along with extensive recreational opportunities. The campground features a play area and outdoor amphitheater for interpretive programs. Pets are permitted on designated campsites for a fee. The maximum stay is 14 days during summer season and 21 days during off-season, with a 48-hour vacancy period required before setting up again. The campground opens the second Friday in April and closes in mid-December after deer season. Reservations can be made through Pennsylvania State Parks' ReserveAmerica system.
