About

Kettle Creek State Park encompasses 1,793 acres along Kettle Creek in western Clinton County, Pennsylvania. The park sits in a picturesque valley surrounded by mountainous terrain and wilderness, offering a scenic retreat for campers seeking both developed amenities and natural beauty. The Lower Campground features 41 level sites with electricity positioned along Kettle Creek, equipped with modern restrooms and hot showers. The Upper Campground overlooks the Alvin R. Bush Dam and Kettle Creek Reservoir, offering 27 sites with 12 electric hookups and vault toilets. All campsites include picnic tables and fire rings, with water spigots scattered throughout both areas. Sites can accommodate equipment from 16 to 45 feet in back-in configurations. Beyond camping, the park offers diverse recreation including boating, fishing, disc golf, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and winter activities. Educational programs run from May through October. Note that pets are only permitted in the Upper Campground.
