About
Sequim Bay State Park Campground occupies a scenic 92-acre property on the northern Olympic Peninsula, featuring 4,909 feet of saltwater shoreline on the protected waters of Sequim Bay. Located in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains, the area receives significantly less rainfall than surrounding regions, making it a reliable camping destination. The campground offers a mix of standard tent sites and full-utility RV sites with water, electric, and sewer hookups, all accommodating vehicles up to 40 feet in length. Camping amenities include flush restrooms, hot showers, drinking water, a dump station, fire pits with firewood available for purchase, and picnic tables. The park provides trash and recycling service. Beyond camping, visitors can access a boat launch, mooring buoys, hiking and biking trails, sports facilities including tennis courts and ball fields, and public shellfish harvesting beaches. Three hiker/biker sites serve those arriving on foot or bicycle. The campground operates year-round with reservations accepted from May 15 through September 15 and first-come, first-served availability during the off-season. Pets are welcome on leash. ADA-accessible campsites and restrooms are available.
