* WHAT...South swell from 190 degrees with a period of 18 to 20 seconds will generate surf of 4 to 7 feet with sets up to 9 feet along south-facing beaches. High rip current risk. * WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Hazardous swimming conditions with high rip current and longshore current risk. If you become caught in a rip current, yell for help. Remain calm and do not exhaust yourself and stay afloat while waiting for help. If you have to swim out of a rip current, SWIM PARALLEL TO SHORE and back toward the beach when possible. Do not attempt to swim directly against a rip current as you will tire quickly. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest surf will be at south-facing beaches and peak through today. Swell and surf will slowly subside beginning Thursday with a shorter period, but will remain elevated into Friday.

San Clemente Vintage Trailers is a glamping destination operated by The Holidays Camping at San Clemente State Beach. Four meticulously restored mid-century trailers from the 1950s and 1960s offer a nostalgic camping experience with modern conveniences. Each trailer is solar and propane powered, featuring a 3-burner stove, refrigerator, heater, USB chargers, and Bluetooth speakers. The trailers include The Wrangler, The Roadrunner, The Drifter, and The Muir, each sleeping up to 5 guests with various bed configurations including convertible dinettes, twin beds, and fold-down bunks. Everything needed for a beach camping trip is provided: bedding, linens, bath and beach towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee, board games, and outdoor recreation equipment. Located along a mile-long beach ideal for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling, each site features a private fire pit, covered picnic table, grill, awning, and outdoor seating. Flush restrooms and showers are located nearby within the state beach. A communal fire pit is available for larger gatherings.
