Reservoir State Park is a 547-acre day-use facility situated on the property of the Robert Moses Niagara Hydroelectric Power Plant in Niagara County. Owned by the New York Power Authority and operated by New York State Parks, this popular local recreation area offers extensive sports facilities including the largest softball complex in Niagara County with five diamonds, along with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, cricket pitches, basketball courts, and a roller hockey court. The park provides access to fishing in the Robert Moses Power Plant Reservoir, with an overlook offering scenic views of the water. Hiking trails wind through the property, and open spaces accommodate soccer, kite flying, model airplane enthusiasts, and golfers using the driving range. Five picnic pavilions are available for reservation, accommodating groups of 50 to 80 people. Winter visitors enjoy sledding on the park's large hill, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating on the natural ice rink when weather permits.
