Open

Open for the 2026 season. The campground operates from the first Friday in May through the last Sunday in September. All 21 tent sites are first-come, first-served only with no advance reservations accepted.

About

Ravensburg State Park sits within a steep-walled gorge carved by spring-fed Rauchtown Run in Clinton County. The 78-acre park is blanketed by northern hardwood forest along the bottomland, with talus slopes and rock formations among stunted oak forests on the mountainsides. The valley is especially scenic when mountain laurel blooms in late June and during fall foliage in early October. The campground offers 21 tent-only sites, each equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Modern restroom facilities provide flush toilets and showers. Several campsites along Rauchtown Run allow campers to fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the mountain stream. The surrounding 215,000-acre Tiadaghton State Forest provides extensive opportunities for hiking, fishing, and wildlife watching. The park is located eight miles southeast of Jersey Shore via PA 880, or four miles north of Carroll from I-80 Exit 192.

Directions

From I-80, take Exit 192 (Carroll) and head north on PA 880 for four miles. From Jersey Shore, take PA 880 southeast for eight miles. The park address is 2388 Rauchtown Road, Jersey Shore, PA 17044.
