Closed — Closed for the season. The campground operates from the second Friday in April through the third Friday in December. Reservations for the 2026 season open November 19, 2025 via the Pennsylvania State Parks reservation system.

About

Clear Creek State Park encompasses 1,901 acres in Jefferson County along a scenic portion of the Clear Creek Valley from PA Route 949 to the Clarion River. The campground features 52 campsites, each equipped with a picnic table and fire ring. Of these, 41 sites include electric hookups, and two sites are ADA accessible. Modern facilities include flush toilets, hot showers, and a sanitary dump station. The campground is situated in a peaceful woodland setting with recreational amenities nearby, including a nine-hole disc golf course and basketball court. Two specialized canoe/kayak campsites are located at the southern end of the campground for paddlers on multi-day Clarion River trips. Pets are permitted at designated sites for an additional fee. Beyond the campground, the park offers 25 miles of hiking trails, Clarion River access for fishing and boating, and 22 rustic cabins for rent. The park is conveniently located just 11 miles from Cook Forest State Park and 12 miles from Brookville.
