About

Mueller State Park provides year-round camping across 5,117 acres of mountain terrain in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. The campground offers 136 sites including basic tent sites, electric hookup sites in Peak View and Revenuers Ridge campgrounds, backcountry sites, and two equestrian campsites. Seven ADA-accessible sites are available. Site fees range from $18 to $36 per night, and reservations are required up to six months in advance through cpwshop.com. Facilities include coin-operated showers and laundry, flush toilets year-round (with vault toilets at Outlook Ridge, Peak View, and near site 87), water hydrants, and an RV dump station. Each campsite has a fire pit and picnic table. Firewood is available for purchase. The visitor center operates daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The park offers 44.3 miles of hiking trails, 38 miles open to mountain biking, and 35 miles for horseback riding. Wildlife viewing is excellent, with elk, mule deer, black bear, and mountain lions residing in the park. Winter activities include cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on all trails.
