About

Patrick Creek Dispersed Site 3 is located in Flathead National Forest in northwestern Montana. As a dispersed camping area, this site offers primitive camping at no cost, providing an opportunity for campers seeking solitude and a backcountry experience. The site has no developed facilities, water, or restrooms. Campers must follow Flathead National Forest regulations, including the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem food and wildlife attractant storage order to prevent bear encounters. All trash must be packed out, and campers should use existing fire rings if available. The maximum stay limit is 16 days, though some popular areas may have shorter posted limits. Winter access may be limited due to snow and road conditions. This area provides access to Montana's wilderness with opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, and experiencing the forest's natural beauty. Campers should come prepared with all necessary supplies, including water, and be self-sufficient during their stay.

Directions
