Noe Creek Campground
Open seasonally from late May through mid-October. Potable water is not available; bring your own drinking water. Pack out all trash.
About
Noe Creek Campground is a small, primitive facility tucked into the North Fork Clearwater River corridor in Idaho's Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests. The six campsites are spread through a park-like landscape of fir and larch trees, offering scenic views of the river. The campground attracts visitors looking for fishing access and a quiet atmosphere away from more developed recreation areas. Amenities are basic: each site has a picnic table and vault toilets are provided, but there is no potable water on site and trash service is not available. Campers must bring their own drinking water and pack out all garbage. The campground is reached via forest roads from Orofino, making it a remote but accessible destination for those with suitable vehicles.
Directions
From Orofino, ID travel east on Michigan Ave for 29.7 miles. Make a slight left onto Camp 57 Rd and continue for 24 miles. Turn right onto Beaver Creek Rd/North Fork Rd and travel 10.2 miles to the campground.
