Neshaminy State Park occupies 339 acres along the Delaware River in lower Bucks County, taking its name from Neshaminy Creek, which joins the Delaware at this point. As a day-use facility, the park offers three reservable picnic pavilions accommodating groups of 50 to 100 people, making it popular for gatherings and events. The park features a swimming pool and separate children's spray park as its main attractions during warmer months. The 370-slip marina provides boating access to the Delaware River with launch ramps available for a daily fee, boat storage, and lift services. Four miles of easy trails wind through the property, passing historical buildings and offering views of the Delaware River from Logan Point, where visitors can catch glimpses of the Philadelphia skyline. The park includes picnic areas with grills, a playground, volleyball facilities, and restrooms. While the park is open daily year-round from 8:00 AM to sunset, the pool and pavilions operate seasonally. No overnight camping facilities are available at Neshaminy State Park; those seeking family camping accommodations in the Greater Philadelphia region are directed to French Creek State Park.
