About

Mount Pisgah State Park encompasses 1,302 acres in Pennsylvania's Northern Tier, located midway between Troy and Towanda in Bradford County. The park sits along Mill Creek at the base of Mt. Pisgah (elevation 2,260 feet), with Stephen Foster Lake serving as the centerpiece for recreation including fishing, boating, and ice skating. The park features a swimming pool, environmental interpretive center with exhibits, butterfly garden, and day camp programs. Four pavilions are available for group rental: Poolside Pavilion (85 capacity), Hilltop Pavilion (115 capacity, ADA accessible), Lakeside Pavilion (115 capacity, ADA accessible), and Friends Playground Pavilion (150 capacity, ADA accessible). Importantly, Mount Pisgah State Park does not appear on the official Pennsylvania DCNR camping locations map and does not offer traditional tent or RV camping. The reservation system listings are for day-use pavilion rentals only, not overnight camping accommodations.
