About

Mitchell Creek Campground offers a secluded camping experience on the north shore of Lake Chelan, accessible only by boat. Located approximately four miles downlake from the Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park boat launch, this primitive campground provides a peaceful escape into the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The seven campsites are first-come, first-served and feature picnic tables and fire rings for each site. The campground includes a covered picnic shelter for group gatherings and weather protection, along with a dock capable of holding up to 17 boats. Two vault toilets serve the campground. Campers should come prepared to filter or treat water from nearby sources, as no potable water is available on site. The surrounding area offers opportunities for fishing, swimming, and exploring the scenic Lake Chelan shoreline.
