The park features 6,000 feet of pristine shoreline, expansive lawns for recreation, and a sandy beach with stunning views of the 50-mile long lake. With an annual average rainfall of only 11 inches and hot, dry summers, the park provides ideal conditions for water-based activities including boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, and windsurfing. The campground offers 165 sites with a variety of options including full hookup sites (water, sewer, and electric), partial hookup sites (water and electric), and standard campsites. RVs up to 45 feet in length can be accommodated. Modern amenities include flush restrooms with hot showers, a dump station, drinking water, trash service, fire pits at each site, and picnic tables. The park features accessible campsites and restrooms, a boat launch with a watercraft launch fee, overnight moorage for boats up to 18 feet (available to campers with reservations), volleyball courts, a playground, and an amphitheater. Paninis in the Park, the on-site concession stand, serves hot food, beverages, espresso, and ice cream, and sells camp supplies including ice and firewood during the summer season. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are also available. The park maintains hiking trails and offers interpretive opportunities including historical monuments along the shoreline. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance through Washington State Parks, with some sites available first-come, first-served during winter months.
